2) Scope & key definitions
These Terms apply only to purchases of digital products delivered electronically (no physical shipping). “Code” means an activation key / voucher / access code that unlocks digital content on a third-party platform (for example Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, etc.).
Important: We are not the publisher/developer of games. The digital content is usually provided and governed by the relevant publisher/developer and the platform where you redeem the Code. Your use of the content may require acceptance of third-party terms (EULA/platform terms).
3) Digital products & licences
When you buy a Code from us, you do not buy ownership of the underlying game/content. You receive a right to access/use it under the publisher/developer’s licence terms (EULA) and the platform rules where the Code is redeemed.
- Digital content images and trailers are illustrative and may not represent actual gameplay.
- We generally do not provide updates/upgrades to the content—those are controlled by the publisher/platform.
- Some products may have region, language, or platform limitations. Always check the product page details before purchase.
4) Eligibility, account & security
- You may need a Store account to purchase and access your Codes.
- You must keep your login credentials secure and not share your account.
- If you are under the age required to enter into a contract in your country, you must have a parent/guardian’s permission.
- Age-restricted content must only be purchased/used by persons meeting the relevant age requirement.
5) Device requirements & third-party platforms
It is your responsibility to ensure your device and third-party platform account (e.g. Steam/PSN/Xbox/Nintendo) meet the requirements to redeem and use the Code and content. Data/connection fees charged by your provider are also your responsibility.
If your platform account is banned/closed or otherwise restricted by the platform provider, you may be unable to redeem or use the Code. In such cases, we typically cannot be responsible for the platform provider’s actions.
6) Ordering & contract formation
Orders are placed through the checkout flow in the Store. Before paying, you should review your order carefully (selected platform/edition/region). A contract is formed when we accept your order and make the Code available to you (for example via your account, confirmation page, or email).
We may refuse or cancel an order if:
- the product/code becomes unavailable,
- payment authorisation fails or is reversed,
- we suspect fraud/abuse,
- there is a pricing/description error, or
- we are not legally allowed to sell to you (e.g., sanctions/region limits/age restrictions).
7) Pricing, taxes & payment
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed during checkout.
- Taxes may be included or added depending on your location and legal requirements.
- We may offer discounts, promo codes, store credits, or bundles subject to additional conditions shown at the time of purchase.
- Available payment methods may change over time.
8) Delivery, access & “code validation”
Delivery is digital. After successful payment and order acceptance, the Code is typically made available in your Store account and/or sent by email (depending on the product and system).
- Keep the Code confidential. Treat it like cash.
- A Code is usually considered “used/validated” once it is accepted by the third-party platform during redemption.
- We cannot control platform outages or maintenance windows, but we’ll try to help you troubleshoot where possible.
9) Pre-orders & availability
For pre-orders, the Code may become available only on or around the release date, or when the publisher releases keys. If a pre-order must be cancelled due to product withdrawal or major changes, we may issue a refund according to Section 10.
10) Right of withdrawal, cancellations & refunds
10.1 Digital content and immediate performance
Many products we sell are digital content (or digital services) delivered immediately after purchase. Where you explicitly request immediate performance (for example by revealing/accessing the Code instantly), you acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the Code has been revealed/validated or the digital content delivery has begun, as permitted by applicable law.
10.2 Changing your mind (before code reveal/validation)
If applicable law grants you a withdrawal period (often 14 days in the EU), you may be able to cancel within that period only if the Code has not been revealed and has not been redeemed/validated on the third-party platform, and the delivery of digital content has not begun.
10.3 Refund method and timing
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the price paid using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Timing depends on payment provider processing, but we aim to process eligible refunds promptly.
10.4 Non-refundable situations (examples)
- the Code has been redeemed/validated on a third-party platform,
- the Code has been revealed and delivery of digital content has begun (where legally applicable),
- issues caused by your platform account restrictions (e.g., bans),
- regional incompatibility you ignored despite clear product warnings.
Note: Consumer rights may vary by country. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
11) Faulty/invalid codes & support
If a Code does not work as described, contact support as soon as possible with the order number and evidence (screenshots of the platform error, timestamp, and steps taken). We may offer, depending on the situation:
- a replacement Code (where available),
- a price reduction, or
- a refund (where appropriate and permitted).
We may ask you not to attempt repeated redemptions if it could lock the Code or trigger platform security limits.
12) Prohibited use & resale
- Codes are for personal use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- You must not resell Codes, use them commercially, or distribute them in violation of law or platform rules.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass protections, or engage in fraudulent behaviour.
13) Liability & disclaimers
We provide the Store and Codes “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that third-party platforms will be uninterrupted or that publishers will keep content available forever.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, publishers, or your device configuration.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profit, business interruption) to the extent permitted by law.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.
14) Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example major outages, cyber incidents, natural disasters, or supply disruptions from publishers/platforms). Where possible, we will keep you informed.
15) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller’s establishment, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise. Disputes should be raised with our support team first so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
16) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised. If changes materially affect your rights, we may provide additional notice where required.
